Job Title: Interventional Radiology Radiologic Technologist Profession: Radiologic Technologist Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM 4 × 10 hr shifts Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Required Certifications: ARRT (R) or ARRT (IR), BLS from AHA Must-Have: - Top 10 Diagnoses: AAA, ischemic limb, aneurysms of other vascular structures - Top 10 Procedures: EVAR, TVAR, Angios, arteriogram - Most Common Equipment: IVUS, Philips, Siemens, Medrad, Sonosite Description: The Interventional Radiology Radiologic Technologist will perform specialized imaging procedures to assist in diagnosis and treatment. The role requires knowledge and experience in the interventional radiology setting. The technologist will be expected to float to radiology as needed. Candidates should have strong technical skills and a commitment to patient care. Flexibility to work a 4 × 10 hour shift schedule during weekdays is essential. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team collaboration and adherence to safety protocols are crucial for success in this role.
