About the Position

Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: Diagnostic Imaging Specialty: CT Technologist Duration: Full-Time Shift: Varies Hours per Shift: Guaranteed hours available Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: ARRT Registered MRI preferred, but not required Certifications: Current Basic Life Support certification Must-Have: Completion of formal radiologic technologist training in an AMA-approved training program. Minimum of 6 months experience in the field of Computerized Tomography, with CT certification. Description: Seeking full-time CT Technologists to join our Imaging Team. Follow prescribed techniques in performing procedures such as adjusting equipment. Determine proper voltage, current, and desired time for procedures. Arrange immobilization and support devices as needed. Adjust lead shielding and select appropriate film. Clean the imaging room and equipment daily. Perform call assignments as needed. Conduct quality control tasks and maintain quality control reports specific to procedures performed. Perform general office duties such as scheduling, answering phones, and filing as necessary. Conduct diagnostic testing and general maintenance on equipment. Move equipment into specified positions and prepare rooms and materials needed for procedures.
