The role involves developing individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments. Collaboration with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes is essential. Documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes is required. Adherence to health and safety regulations is mandatory. Participation in ongoing professional development and education is encouraged. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to educate them on exercises and self-care strategies. The role requires effective communication skills to interact with patients and staff. Maintaining a compassionate and professional demeanor is necessary to support patient engagement. The Physical Therapist will monitor and adjust treatment plans as required based on patient response.
