Job Description

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with strong NICU/PICU experience to provide specialized respiratory care in a high-acuity hospital environment. The ideal candidate will deliver advanced respiratory treatments, manage critical care equipment, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care hospital Respiratory Therapist experience.
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Current certifications:
  • BLS
  • NRP
  • PALS
• Recent NICU/PICU experience required.
• Experience with advanced respiratory technologies and critical care equipment.
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• NICU and pediatric critical care respiratory management.
• Experience with:
  • High Flow Oxygen Devices
  • 3100A Ventilator
  • Bunnell Ventilation Systems
  • Servo Ventilators
  • Continuous Nebulizer Therapy
  • Nitric Oxide Therapy
  • Heliox Therapy
