About the Position

Now Hiring: Physical Therapist (PT) – 13-Week Contract Opportunity

📍 Location: Lincoln, Michigan

📅 Position Type: 13-Week Contract
💰 Weekly Gross: $2,600–$2,760 (Based on 40 Hours)

We are actively seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join an Outpatient facility in Lincoln, Michigan for a 13-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative rehabilitation environment.

Key Assignment Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday

• Shift Options: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy interventions

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Physical Therapist License (LARA/Nursys)

• BLS Certification (American Heart Association)

• Outpatient Physical Therapy Experience – Required

• Physical Therapy Experience – Required

• Acute Care Experience – Highly Preferred

• Candidates must reside outside the facility's 50-mile radius

• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

• Skills Checklist (within the last year, PT specialty)

• Two Supervisory Reference Forms (completed within the last two years)

• Active Michigan PT License Documentation

• Active AHA BLS Certification Documentation
