Job Title

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Rehab

Key Responsibilities

• Implement therapy interventions in accordance with the supervising OT's plan of care
• Accurately and timely document patient progress
• Assist with patient and family education throughout the care process
• Communicate patient status updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active state COTA license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills
• Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist in compliance with state and federal regulations
