Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist Profession: Radiologic Technologist Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Not specified Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: - Critical care experience Description: Travel position for an Interventional Radiology Technologist. The unit has 2 labs and 3 RNs and 2 RTs on staff. The typical patient ratio is 1:2. Equipment includes GE and Phillips fluoroscopy. EMR systems used are Meditech and Mac Lab. Common procedures performed in this unit include TIPS, EVAR, AAA repair, PICC, vertebroplasty, and vascular-peripheral interventions. Candidates should be amicable and flexible with their schedules. Call is required, with rotation during off hours and weekends. Candidates must reside within a 30-minute call radius.
