About the Position

Job Title

CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures in accordance with department protocols and physician orders
• Prepare and position patients for CT scans, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure
• Operate and maintain CT equipment, performing quality control checks as required
• Review images for technical quality and ensure diagnostic accuracy prior to radiologist review
• Document procedures accurately in the patient medical record and imaging system

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification in Radiography (R) with CT advanced certification, or ARRT (CT) certification
• Current state licensure as required
• Demonstrated experience operating CT imaging equipment in a clinical setting
• Knowledge of radiation safety standards and protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with MRI imaging procedures in addition to CT
• Prior experience in a high-volume acute care or hospital environment
• Familiarity with PACS and electronic health record systems
