Key Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehabilitative interventions to patients
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and proper body mechanics
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work day shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary teams
