Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients across assigned float areas
• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with established care plans and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient rehabilitation goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Florida
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to work a day shift schedule
• Willingness and ability to float between assigned locations as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a split or multi-site therapy role
• Experience working in a skilled nursing or assisted living environment
