Shifts: Day Shift, Monday thru Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5 PM

Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist for a full-time travel assignment in Tyler, TX. The role involves performing a wide range of routine and advanced imaging procedures within a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities of the MRI Technologist

• Perform routine and advanced imaging procedures
• Provide support to other imaging technologists
• Facilitate smooth and efficient patient flow
• Troubleshoot basic maintenance issues
• Participate in QA and resolve image processing issues
• Conduct basic MRI screening of patients and employees
• Adhere to imaging competencies as outlined by management
• Promote staff development and employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards
• Store completed exams correctly in PACS
• Report equipment malfunctions and perform follow-up

Requirements of the MRI Technologist

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology
• 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
• Basic computer experience required
• Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) certification from ARRT or ARMRIT required
• State Licensure required if in New Mexico
• MRT by MIRTP NMED
• BLS required (AHA only)
