Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist - Travel

Location: Akron, OH

Pay: $3,648.00 weekly

Shifts: 4x10s, 7am-5:30pm. Every 6th weekend of call and a weeknight shift required.

Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled and experienced Cath Lab Technologist for a travel assignment in Akron, OH. As a Cath Lab Tech working in the dynamic environment of cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures, you will operate specialized imaging equipment and assist Cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Key Responsibilities of the Cath Lab Technologist

• Operate fluoroscopic imaging equipment during procedures
• Provide scrub assistance to Cardiologist throughout procedures
• Deliver appropriate patient care
• Recognize patient conditions essential for the successful completion of procedures
• Enter procedural events and information into hemodynamic computer

Requirements of the Cath Lab Technologist

• Graduate of AMA approved school of Radiological Technologists
• CVI, RCIS or RCES certification preferred
• Licensed by the Ohio Department of Health (ODH)
• ARRT (R) certification
• BLS and ACLS certified
• Two years Radiologic Technologist experience in relevant fields
• Ability to operate lab equipment, catheters, and guide wires
• Ability to effectively interact with patients and team members
