Key Responsibilities of the Social Worker - Behavior Health Unit

• Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Conduct PSA, PHQ9, and BHA assessments
• Facilitate two therapy groups daily
• Provide patient support and documentation within the Meditech system

Requirements of the Social Worker - Behavior Health Unit

• Must hold an active Idaho Social Worker license (LCSW or LMSW)
• Experience in a behavioral health unit preferred
