The therapist will assess patients and develop individualized plans of care. Experience with both acute and chronic disorders is essential. The therapist is expected to perform functional activities assessments. They will work within an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. Effective communication and patient education skills are required. The candidate should be comfortable floating between different units as needed. Previous experience with charting systems, particularly in an acute care environment, is preferred. Individuals are expected to work during major holidays as needed.
