Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; one Saturday per month, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with a comp day within the same week. Tuesday–Saturday schedule may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients across assigned units, including orthopedic post-operative cases.
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs in alignment with patient care goals.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using EPIC electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient discharge planning and continuity of care.
• Adhere to facility policies, including tobacco-free and fragrance-free environment standards.
• May provide care to patients with infectious conditions, including COVID-19, as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience.
• Active Pennsylvania PT license or Compact PT licensure required.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system required.
• Ability to work one Saturday per month with a corresponding comp day within the same week.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in orthopedic or post-operative patient care settings.
• Familiarity with hospital-based therapy and rehabilitation workflows.
