Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services in a short-term acute care hospital setting
• Deliver 1:1 patient care across assigned units
• Participate in weekend rotation alongside full-time therapy staff
• Commit to working designated holidays as required per contract schedule
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, dress code, and scheduling requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (compact license must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Acute care experience required
• Must be willing to work weekend rotation
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Background must be clear of Nursys or background check hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center environment
• Familiarity with acute care therapy workflows and high-acuity patient populations
