Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Projected Start: 07/01/2026

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical goals
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries accurately and in a timely manner using facility EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and support optimal outcomes
• Provide patient and family education related to communication and swallowing strategies

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Florida (no pending licenses considered)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience working in an LTACH or acute care hospital setting
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Pro-Touch EMR system
• Familiarity with LTACH patient populations and care protocols
• Strong interprofessional communication and collaboration skills
