Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Communicate effectively with the care team regarding patient status and treatment outcomes
• Adhere to all facility policies, dress code requirements, and safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Virginia
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee commitment
• Compliance with facility uniform policy: light grey scrub top with matching scrub bottoms or black slacks

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills within a multidisciplinary care environment
