Contract | 6-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | 12-Hour Day Shifts | 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week | Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across Medical/Surgical, ICU, and Stepdown units within an approximately 280-bed acute care hospital
• Administer and monitor BiPAP/CPAP therapy and interpret Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)
• Float to various inpatient units and facilities as needed
• Deliver ICU-level respiratory care including ventilator management and critical care support
• Accurately document patient care and clinical findings using electronic health record systems

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the NBRC
• Valid Indiana Respiratory Therapy license
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in specialty
• Proficiency in Medical/Surgical, ICU, and Stepdown respiratory therapy, including BiPAP/CPAP and Arterial Blood Gases

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to change, work resiliently in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with care teams
