Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 13-Week Assignment | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (weekend availability a plus)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 occupational therapy services to patients within an inpatient rehabilitation unit
• Evaluate and treat patients using therapy equipment appropriate to an inpatient rehab setting
• Document patient care, progress, and treatment plans accurately using the Meditech documentation system
• Maintain a 5-day-per-week schedule with the ability to incorporate weekend shifts as needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehab team to support patient recovery and functional outcomes
• Float within the inpatient rehabilitation unit as the primary assignment area

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida Occupational Therapist state license
• Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
• Minimum 6 months of experience in acute care, skilled nursing facility (SNF), or inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Efficient time management and ability to manage a full patient caseload

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with the Meditech electronic documentation system
• Flexibility to incorporate weekend shifts into a standard 5-day work week
• Prior travel therapy assignment experience
