Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 40 Hours/Week Guaranteed | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to an adult patient population within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) rehabilitation setting
• Evaluate and treat patients with complex diagnoses including tracheostomy and ventilator dependency
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient functional outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and progress
• Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress accurately using the facility's electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced LTACH or acute care environment
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn electronic health record documentation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with patients on ventilators
• Acute care level occupational therapy experience
• Familiarity with tracheostomy and ventilator patient management
