Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physical therapy best practices and facility protocols
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical notes accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo ID badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Current, active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain prior to start
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Ability to start quickly and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment
