Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Contract | Days | Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Vermont
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
• Must comply with facility badging and identification requirements at all times

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a clinical or facility-based setting
• Experience with a diverse patient population across various age groups
