Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maine or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment with a 35-hour weekly guarantee
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Must comply with facility badging and identification requirements at all times

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a contract or registry staffing capacity
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
