Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 13–26 Week Contract | 4x10 Schedule | Must be available 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments in a clinic setting
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
• Conduct evaluations scheduled at 1 hour and treatments scheduled at 2 per hour
• Document patient care accurately using Raintree EMR
• Maintain compliance with clinic protocols and complete required onboarding modules prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience post-clinicals, or at least 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals
• Ability to work 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM
• Completion of three required HealthStream Modules prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Raintree EMR
• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy clinic
