Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-Hour Shifts, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an inpatient setting with the ability to float to outpatient areas as needed
• Deliver rehabilitation care to CVA patients, including on-call coverage for CVA patients on Sundays
• Participate in weekend coverage rotation, approximately every 4th weekend
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license valid in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Physical Therapist
• Ability to meet all compliance documentation requirements by established deadlines
• Must be a travel candidate; local applicants within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
• Prior experience working with CVA or neurological patient populations
• Background in both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy settings
