Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide exceptional rehabilitative care in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

• Evaluate patients' physical condition and functional limitations
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and mobility interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the applicable state
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills
• Must present valid state or federal-issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
