About the Position

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy services. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to help patients improve communication, cognitive function, and swallowing abilities.

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on communication strategies and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the applicable state
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or as required by state regulations
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of Speech Language Pathology experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills
• Must present valid state or federal-issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
