We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel contract in a rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions that promote independence and improve daily living skills.

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment goals.
• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• Current BLS certification (if required).
• Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or outpatient experience preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills.

• 14-week assignment
• Candidates must meet all compliance requirements before the start of the assignment.
