We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel contract in a rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Current BLS certification (if required).
• Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or outpatient experience preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills.

• Travel Contract
• 35 Guaranteed Hours per Week
• Day Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Monday Friday schedule
• 13-week assignment
• Candidates must meet all compliance requirements before the start of the assignment.
