Job Details:

• Work in a 116-bed facility within the Cardiopulmonary unit
• Core staffing consists of 2 Respiratory Therapists
• Every other weekend scheduling requirement
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS; NRP preferred
• Required dress code: Ceil blue scrubs
• Utilize equipment including Pyxis medication dispensing system and Draeger ventilators
• Document using Meditech electronic documentation system
• Follow patient experience requirements including AIDET communication framework, completion of communication board, and medication teaching
• Must demonstrate positive attitude, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Facility holds Trauma III certification
