The role requires collaboration with other health professionals. Documentation will be conducted using the EPIC charting system. The therapist is expected to adhere to established policies and procedures. This position requires a valid LCSW license and current BLS certification. The role demands strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility may be necessary as cancellations can occur. The therapist will be part of a dedicated team committed to improving patient outcomes.
