About the Position

Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Profession: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 10.5 Hours Experience: Minimum 1 Year License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS and ACLS Required Must-Have: Candidates must have experience with Cardiac Cath, CRM, and Peripheral Vascular procedures. Experience performing TAVR, Mitral Clip, Carotid stenting, TMVR, PFOs, and Watchman procedures is required. Description: The facility is looking for a skilled cardiac cath lab technician. The role involves performing diagnostic and interventional catheterizations. The tech will support procedures for TAVR, Mitral Clips, and peripheral vascular interventions. Knowledge of equipment such as Shockwave, Laser, CSI, Penumbra, and Impella is essential. EMR systems utilized include MacLab and Meditech. The department consists of multiple procedure suites with a supportive team. The patient staff ratio is 1:3-4, ensuring attentive care. Travelers will be scheduled according to facility policy. Candidates must expect to work every other weekend and holidays.
