The position requires current Pediatric OR experience and BLS certification. Candidates must have 4 to 5 years of relevant experience. Completion of a surgical tech program is required; certification is not necessary. The role involves scrubbing for a variety of surgical procedures, including cardiac surgery, general surgery, neuro, orthopedic, plastic surgery, gynecology, ENT, ophthalmology, trauma, and general surgery. Work schedule includes 40 hours per week with no guaranteed hours. Shifts consist of four 10-hour days, with no set schedule. On-call duties will be required, approximately 4-6 calls per 6-week schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
