Physical Therapist (PT) � Travel Contract | 13 Weeks | $52�$53/Hour | Day Shift Now Hiring: Travel Physical Therapist (PT) Join a dedicated rehabilitation team and make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain mobility, restore function, and improve their quality of life. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel assignment. Job Details Position: Physical Therapist (PT) Contract Length: 13 Weeks Shift: 8-Hour Days Pay Rate: $52�$53 per hour Employment Type: Travel Contract Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient screenings, evaluations, and functional assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings. Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence. Update treatment plans and discharge recommendations based on patient progress. Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and outcomes in a timely manner. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with state practice acts. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, patients, and families to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control procedures, safety regulations, and federal/state guidelines. Qualifications Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT). Active state Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility to obtain one. Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and patient care skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Flexibility to adapt to different healthcare settings and patient populations. Previous rehabilitation or acute care experience is preferred. Why Join Us?
