Job Details

• Pay: Up to $1,450 Gross Weekly
• Schedule: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Implement therapy interventions according to the established plan of care.
• Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and treatment progress with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to help patients improve independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) program.
• Active New Jersey COTA license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to teamwork and exceptional patient care.
• Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.
