Contract | Days | Onsite | Preferred schedules include Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans for short-term and long-term residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and applicable regulatory standards
• Complete clinical documentation in Net Health in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license in the state of California
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Flexible and collaborative mindset with ability to adapt in a large, dynamic care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply; mentorship is available
