Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Onsite | Preferred schedule: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients within a skilled nursing facility setting
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes
• Complete clinical documentation in Net Health in accordance with facility standards
• May be required to float to a nearby sister facility within walking distance

Required Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist license, or license in process under the 60-Day Rule
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• Effective time-management abilities
• Flexible and collaborative mindset

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Familiarity with Net Health documentation platform
