Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technician specializing in the Operating Room for a travel assignment in Reston, VA. The role involves participating in open heart, CABG, MVR, TVR, AVR, Vats, and vascular procedures, within a flexible hospital environment, employing advanced surgical technology and patient-centered care methodologies.

Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Technician - OR

• Scrubbing or circulating surgical procedures
• Setting up and turning over operating rooms
• Obtaining disposables and instrument sets as needed
• Using sterile techniques for central and art line setups
• Managing Belmont and cell saver equipment setup and operation

Requirements of the Certified Surgical Technician - OR

• Current BLS certification
• CNOR certification preferred
• Experience in teamwork and advanced surgical procedures
• Proficient in Meditech Expanse documentation system
