The facility is committed to the care and improvement of human life. It is a fully accredited healthcare facility with over 1,100 employees and 500 physicians. The facility has 266 beds and offers 24/7 emergency services including specialized emergency departments. Additional offerings include various specialized centers and services. Number of beds in the unit is 266 with standard patient ratios. The unit features various ventilators and BiPAP systems for patient management. Documentation is conducted through an established electronic system. Scheduling requires a minimum of three 12-hour shifts per week, including rotating weekends. Floating may occur throughout various units within the facility. Aerosol treatments, BiPAP management, and ventilator management are routine procedures performed. The team collaborates with multiple disciplines to enhance patient care. Staff members are trained to assist with advanced procedures such as intubation and arterial line insertion. The team utilizes state-of-the-art equipment to deliver quality care. The work environment fosters professional growth and teamwork among colleagues.
