Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services in a patient-centered care environment. This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and improving mobility, strength, and functional independence.

The Physical Therapist will collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver evidence-based therapy services while promoting positive patient outcomes and enhancing quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and rehabilitation best practices

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
