Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 13–26 Weeks | 40 Hours/Week Guaranteed | 4x10 Schedule with availability for up to 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments in a clinic setting
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
• Conduct evaluations scheduled at 1 hour and treatments scheduled at 2 per hour
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Raintree EMR
• Complete required onboarding modules prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience post-clinicals, or at least 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals
• Proficiency or ability to learn Raintree EMR
• Availability to work up to 2 evenings per week (until 7:30 PM)
• Willingness to provide 30 days notice prior to contract end

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy or contract assignment experience
• Strong productivity management skills in a high-volume outpatient setting
