Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services within a skilled nursing facility and outpatient therapy clinic setting
• Support patients across a critical access hospital environment
• Perform Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) procedures as needed
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the care team

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in the state of Texas
• Demonstrated competency in FEES (Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing)
• Experience working in a skilled nursing or similar clinical setting
• Ability to work 8-hour day shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an outpatient therapy clinic environment
• Familiarity with critical access hospital (CAH) settings
