About the Position

Job Title

Surgical Process Technician

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 5x8-Hour Shifts (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Monday – Friday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely throughout the facility as required
• Clean and turn over surgical rooms between procedures to maintain readiness and compliance
• Lift and move heavy items as part of daily operational duties
• Support surgical services staff in maintaining an efficient and organized environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 full year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Active, permanent Ohio state license in hand at time of submission (compact licenses accepted for starts dated 1/1/2023 and forward)
• Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in the applicable specialty
• Two professional references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from assignments within the past 12 months

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 months of experience within a single location in the applicable specialty
• Prior experience in a surgical services or perioperative environment
