Key Responsibilities

• Dispense and verify prescription medications in accordance with facility protocols and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure safe and effective medication therapy for patients
• Review medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation in compliance with applicable guidelines
• Support pharmacy operations across assigned cost center areas as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license valid in the state of Kentucky
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacist experience
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent degree
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel pharmacy experience in a hospital or health system setting
• Familiarity with pharmacy information systems and electronic health records
