Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 5x8s or 4x10s | Clinic hours 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (Monday–Thursday), 7:00 AM–4:30 PM (Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute evaluations and deliver 30-minute to 60-minute treatment sessions in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 patients per week using dovetailed treatment scheduling
• Treat a diverse patient population including adults, school-aged children, geriatric patients, and sports medicine cases
• Provide care for general orthopedic conditions and post-operative rehabilitation
• Complete clinical documentation using the NextGen electronic documentation system, supported by an AI-assisted documentation scribe
• Collaborate with a team including PTAs and rehab aides to deliver high-quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to practice) in the state of Iowa
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy
• Ability to manage a high-volume, steady-paced caseload
• Professionalism consistent with a business casual dress code (slacks, professional shirt, closed-toe shoes)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 1 or more years of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Experience treating orthopedic and sports medicine patient populations
• Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic medical record systems
• New graduates will be considered
