Location: Kapaa, HI

Pay: $3,200 to $3,337 per week
Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours

About the Position

Job Summary

We are seeking a certified CT/X-Ray Technologist to join our imaging team. The selected candidate will perform both Computed Tomography (CT) and Diagnostic X-Ray procedures while providing high-quality patient care and producing accurate diagnostic images. This position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and participate in an on-call schedule.

Schedule

• Full-Time – 40 hours per week
• Rotating day and night shifts
• Weekends and holidays required
• On-call coverage required
• Overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT and Diagnostic X-Ray examinations according to physician orders and departmental protocols.
• Prepare, position, and educate patients for imaging procedures.
• Operate CT and X-Ray equipment safely and efficiently.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images while adhering to radiation safety standards.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout all procedures.
• Review imaging studies for quality and accuracy before submission.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and imaging records.
• Follow infection control, hospital policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond promptly when called.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current certification in Radiologic Technology (RT) required.
• Current CT certification required.
• State licensure (if applicable).
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Requirements

• Must be certified in both CT and Radiologic Technology.
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts.
• Must be available for weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage.
• Must reside within 20 minutes of the hospital while participating in the on-call schedule.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining attention to detail.
