Location: Caldwell, Texas
Position Type: 13-Week Contract
Weekly Gross: $2,200–$2,300 (Based on 40 Hours)
We are actively seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a healthcare facility in Caldwell, Texas for a 13-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, providing care across both Inpatient (IP) and Outpatient (OP) services while collaborating with a dedicated rehabilitation team.
Key Assignment Details:

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Shift Options: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Float Requirement: Float between Inpatient (IP) and Outpatient (OP)
Key Responsibilities:
-
Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans

Provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and overall function
-
Treat patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings as needed

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes

Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
-
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications:
-
Active Physical Therapist (PT) License
-
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
-
Current BLS Certification (if required by the facility)

Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred

Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
