About the Position

Now Hiring: Physical Therapist (PT) – 13-Week Contract Opportunity

Location: Caldwell, Texas
Position Type: 13-Week Contract
Weekly Gross: $2,200–$2,300 (Based on 40 Hours)

We are actively seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a healthcare facility in Caldwell, Texas for a 13-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, providing care across both Inpatient (IP) and Outpatient (OP) services while collaborating with a dedicated rehabilitation team.

Key Assignment Details:

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday

  • Shift Options: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Float Requirement: Float between Inpatient (IP) and Outpatient (OP)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans

  • Provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and overall function

  • Treat patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings as needed

  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes

  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) License

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

  • Current BLS Certification (if required by the facility)

  • Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred

  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
