Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 08:00 - 17:00 Experience: 1 year required, first-timers accepted License: Maryland PT State license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Home health experience required; HCHB preferred Description: Physical therapist needed for home health. Home health experience is required. HCHB experience is preferred. The position covers Montgomery and upper PG county areas. You will work 5x8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday. Types of cases include adult health care. You will conduct 6 visits per day. Two supervisor references are required. Candidates must be able to float within their scope of practice. This is a tobacco-free facility; candidates must be nicotine-free. A positive nicotine screen will result in disqualification.
