Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement established treatment plans and monitor patient progress throughout the course of care
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and any changes in condition
• Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license — permanent state license required
• Prior experience working as a PTA in a relevant clinical setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and compliance requirements prior to start
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with contract or travel therapy assignments
